- I thought chasing less than 100 this match was favorable
- And chasing more than 120 would be difficult
I made the correct adjustment to hit 14^th ball over mid-on
- Bowler was bowling full and flat in power play
I premeditated 2 pull shot 6s on 26^th and 27^th deliveries
- Natural angle versus lefty bowling half trackers over the wicket
I chose to play reverse shots on 29^th, 30^th, 31^st, 33^rd, 34^th, 38^th and 39^th deliveries
- There are very few options versus full deliveries at 6^th stump
  - Walking down the pitch or playing cover region was not in my strategy book
  - So my default strategy is to play reverse shots
    - There is only 20% to 40% chance that ball will connect with bat
I made the right judgment to play reverse shots on 54^th and 55^th deliveries
- Bowler did not place a deep third man
I believe this is the 1^st time I choked a match due to pressure
- I ran myself out on 58th delivery when we needed 10 runs to win in 10 balls

Playing 1^st game on a new surface raises all kinds of questions
- How to bowl and bat
- What should be choose if we win or lose toss?
- What is a good target?
  - I asked our umpire who said 80 is average score
  - Asking the umpire helped me because we were sent in to bat first
I struggled versus uneven bounce with 22 runs in my first 42 balls
- Then I decided to whack every ball with power for 55 runs in 23 balls
I hit some splendid shots in this match
- I need to improve my pull shot technique on my 43^rd ball
- The shot on my 49^th ball felt majestic
- I surprised myself by hitting my 61^st ball out of the park
Opponents managed to drop me 3 times on 37^th, 55^th and 63^rd deliveries
We were confident we won after scoring 125 on this surface
- We messed our bowling up so Thunderbolts needed 11 runs in last over
  - They hit 2 sixes but we won because I and another fielder stopped those sixes mid-air over the boundary
